TLC DISCOVERS A VINTAGE TREASURE WITH "WHAT THE SELL?"
TLC premieres WHAT THE SELL? On November 14 with back-to-back episodes at 10pm and 10:30pm ET/PT.
On Sunday, November 14th, TLC unveils its best new find with WHAT THE SELL?, a pilot that follows a family of master appraisers- Kate, the daughter, Judy, her mother, and Gloria, her grandmother. They take you into their hectic days managing their extremely large antique store just outside of Chicago, Illinois, and show just how they haggle for every penny they make on a sale. Working together, this three-generation appraising team discovers the most immaculate vintage furniture, decorative accessories and other pieces of historic art that walks into their store. With quick wits and savvy business sense, these ladies barter, buy and sell these timeless treasures like it's just another day in the office.
The premiere episodes will show just how hard it is to have differing opinions in the workplace, especially when working with relatives. They will discover the secrets of a mysterious 1920's tin, reupholster a century-old parlor chair, and barter for a number of other prize possessions, sometimes getting more than they bargain for!
WHAT THE SELL is produced by Leftfield Pictures for TLC, and executive producers Brent Montgomery and Colby Gaines.
