PERSON OF INTEREST (CBS) - Greg Plageman ("Cold Case") has signed on as an executive producer of the drama pilot, about an ex-CIA agent (Jim Caviezel), presumed dead, who is recruited by a crazy billionaire (Michael Emerson) to help fight crime in New York City. Plageman, who consulted on the aforementioned "Chase" this past season, will serve as the project's showrunner should it move forward to series. "Person" was created by Jonah Nolan and executive produced by Bryan Burk and J.J. Abrams. David Semel is directing the pilot for Warner Bros. Television. Kevin Chapman and Taraji P. Henson also star.
UNTITLED MIRANDA LAMBERT PROJECT (ABC Family, New!) - Recording artist Miranda Lambert, a winner at last night's ACM awards, is developing a new semi-autobiographical drama at the cable channel about "a family in Texas whose parents are private investigators, with the children assisting in solving crimes." The pair will also executive produce alongside "Nashville Star" alumnus Lambert, her mother Beverly and manager Marion Kraft.
