LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Discovery has renewed "Swords: Life on the Line" for a third season, the network confirmed this afternoon.
The series, about the high-risk world of New England's long line fishermen, will return Thursday, May 12 at 10:00/9:00c.
Also on tap in May: newcomer "Swamp Brothers," unveiled yesterday at Discovery's upfront presentation.
The half-hour series follows Robbie and Stephen Keszey as they run Glades Herp Farms, Florida's largest reptile sanctuary and exotic reptile dealership. Back-to-back episodes will air Friday nights at 10:00/9:00c beginning May 13.
