The "Web Redemption" In The Premiere Features Daniel Helping Tay Zonday Make A Music Video Of His Sexy Song "Chocolate Rain"

Guest Appearances Include: Boyz II Men, Gus Johnson, James Van Der Beek And John Witherspoon

The Host Reveals His All-New Summer Wardrobe!

NEW YORK, May 10, 2011 -- Daniel Tosh steps into the ring with Manny Pacquiao and challenges the World champion boxer to clock him in the face. Tune-in to COMEDY CENTRAL's "Tosh.0" on Tuesday, May 17 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT to see how the host handles the punch when new episodes return.

In the premiere episode, Tosh unveils to fans what type of clothing he will be wearing all summer long. Previously, Tosh has worn cardigans, casual jackets, deep V's and collared shirts. In addition, he will feature a "Web Redemption" with Tay Zonday (a.k.a. Chocolate Rain) who receives his help to make a music video for the iconic internet mega-hit song "Chocolate Rain."

Future "Web Redemption" segments include:

Boom Goes The Dynamite: Daniel gives Brian Collins, the bumbling sports reporter, a second chance as a game commentator.

Naked Wizard: Daniel goes on a magical journey with the Naked Wizard.

Leprechaun Web Investigation: Daniel investigates reports of a Leprechaun sighting in Mobile, Alabama.

Upcoming episodes will include guest appearances by Boyz II Men, Gus Johnson, James Van Der Beek and John Witherspoon. In addition, the series will show videos submitted by students vying to have their school selected as part of the "Tosh.0 College Campus Invasion."

"Tosh.0" is currently in its third season with 30 episodes airing in three installments (January-March; May-July; September-November) throughout 2011. The series premiered on June 4, 2009 and features the razor-sharp humor and biting commentary from comedian Daniel Tosh and delves into all aspects of the Internet from the absolutely absurd to the incredibly ingenious in this weekly, topical series. Tosh continues to give subjects of notorious viral videos (i.e. and Antoine Dodson; Crying Wrestling Fan) a second chance to redeem themselves from the embarrassment with which they have become synonymous with their very own "Web Redemption."

A break-out ratings success for COMEDY CENTRAL, "Tosh.0" averages 4.0 million total viewers and is the most watched show on television on Tuesday nights among Men 18-24 and Men 18-34.

The uber-popular "Tosh.0" blog, which is one of COMEDY CENTRAL's most-visited properties, continues to be updated daily with blog posts, web-exclusive behind-the-scenes content and interactive features. Viewers can follow Tosh on Twitter (currently with 2 million followers) as he live tweets during the show and also by becoming a fan of "Tosh.0" on Facebook (currently at 5 million fans).

"Tosh.0" is executive produced by Tosh and Charlie Siskel. Gary Mann is the executive in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL.

COMEDY CENTRAL, the only all-comedy network, currently is seen in more than 98 million homes nationwide. COMEDY CENTRAL is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of Viacom Inc.'s (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) MTV Networks.
