NEW YORK - May 26, 2011 - Giving fans an all-access pass inside the network's new music competition series "Platinum Hit," Bravo will keep the beat going by giving viewers special access to content across multiple digital platforms including iTunes, Shazam, Amazon MP3, Bravotv.com, m.bravotv.com and the BravoNow app. Fans will have the opportunity to watch exclusive content on all digital platforms throughout the show including playlists from the judges and contestants, full performances of each week's winning song and footage from the judges' deliberation. For the first time on Bravo, three Shazamable moments in each original episode will unlock the bonus content that will enhance the viewing experience.

Bravo and the RCA / JIVE Label Group have teamed up to launch "Platinum Hit" on iTunes and Amazon.com. The day after each new episode of "Platinum Hit," fans will be able to purchase the mastered songs from each episode plus full episodes. Fans can pre-order the first EP and purchase the TV season pass now at iTunes.com/PlatinumHit or Amazon Instant Video. Plus the first episode will be available for free starting on May 31. Each EP will feature between 2-4 tracks (pending episode) and the tracks will also be available a la carte for purchase on iTunes, Amazon MP3 and other digital service providers. All songs are produced by Greg Ogan and John Adams for The Writing Camp.

The "Platinum Hit" Bravotv.com showsite, mobile site and BravoNow application available on iPad or iPhone will have access to contestant bios, photos, episode recaps, blogs and videos. Fans can also join the series Mobile Fan Club to receive Music 101 trivia and tune-in alerts directly to their phones by texting MUSIC to 27286 or visiting m.bravotv.com for more information. As always, fans using the BravoNow application can share these videos on social networks.

Premiering on Monday, May 30 at 10pm ET/PT, "Platinum Hit" will give viewers a front row seat to experience the journey and aspirations of twelve gifted musicians as they battle through innovative songwriting challenges testing their creativity, patience and drive. From dance track to love ballad, every episode will feature a different theme that will require the contestants to write and perform lyrics from multiple genres. Two of the most accomplished songwriters share their experience and expertise as Jewel hosts the series as well as gives her feedback as a judge alongside Kara DioGuardi who is the head judge each week. To find out if they have what it takes, Keith Naftaly, SVP of A&R for RCA/Jive Label Group at Sony Music Entertainment, will be featured throughout the series to help judge the competition and some of the most influential musicians will serve as guest judges including Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Donna Summer, Jermaine Dupri, Taio Cruz and Ryan Tedder. In the end, only one is crowned the ultimate hitmaker walking away with a $100,000 cash prize, publishing deal with Sony and BMI Songwriters, The Writing Camp, and a recording deal with RCA/Jive.
