DISCOVERY FIT & HEALTH CHALLENGES YOU TO ASK YOURSELF: "ARE YOU FITTER THAN A SENIOR?"

--New Series ARE YOU FITTER THAN A SENIOR Airs Mondays at 8PM ET/PT beginning June 27 on Discovery Fit & Health with a Sneak Peek to Air on Sunday, June 26 at 11PM ET/PT--

In today's fast-paced world, many young adults live day-to-day fueled by junk food, sugary sodas and energy drinks. Add time spent online, playing video games and watching television, and we're faced with one physically unfit generation. This summer, see what happens when four lazy, unhealthy young adults move in with super fit seniors in the new, five-part Discovery Fit & Health series, ARE YOU FITTER THAN A SENIOR? (U.S. Premiere: Monday, June 27 at 8PM ET/PT). No matter what your age, this series will be sure to spark the question - are you fitter than a senior?

Every week on ARE YOU FITTER THAN A SENIOR?, four young adults are forced to quit their usual sedimentary lifestyles to see if how physically fit they really are. Swapping out fast food for healthy eating, the young adults are pushed to their physical and emotional limits.
