DISCOVERY CHANNEL TO HOST THREE PANELS AT COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL 2011: MYTHBUSTERS, PENN & TELLER TELL A LIE AND REIGN OF THE DINOSAURS (WT)

Discovery Channel will be hosting three panels at Comic-Con International in San Diego, California from July 21-24:

PENN & TELLER TELL A LIE -- Thursday, July 21

They've been fooling people for years, and now they're going to do it on the Discovery Channel. Penn & Teller return to Comic-Con in 2011 -- this time to provide the first look at their new Fall series for Discovery. In PENN & TELLER TELL A LIE, Penn & Teller answer the big, urgent questions of the modern world such as: Can you lift a 5000 lb car with human hair? Does cursing help with pain management? And did ancient aboriginal Australians really create a cure for snoring? But there's a twist! Each episode presents several amazing stories, but one of them is a lie.

REIGN OF THE DINOSAURS (WT) -- Friday, July 22

In 2010, a group of the world's best dinosaur illustrators and animators gave Comic-Con fans a rare behind-the-scenes look at the artistic development of the Discovery Channel series REIGN OF THE DINOSAURS (WT). The creative team will return to Comic-Con this year, to show off just how far their jaw-dropping animation and storytelling has come since last year's storyboarding and early animation phase. Set to premiere this fall, the series will reset the standard for realistic dinosaur storytelling, giving the ultimate insiders' view into the private lives and weird behaviors of dinosaurs. Panelists to include: Producer Erik Nelson (Cave of Forgotten Dreams),David Krentz (Disney's Dinosaur), Ricardo Delgado (Dark Horse Comics' Age of Reptiles) and more

MYTHBUSTERS -- Saturday, July 23
