WE tv's Celebrity Event Designer, Diann Valentine, Gives Couples a Second Chance at the Perfect Wedding

Jim McCann's Celebrations Team Provides Dazzling Elements to Deserving Couples

NEW YORK, NY, JULY 6, 2011 - Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. So what's a couple to do when their dream wedding turns out to be a fabulous disaster?! You call Diann, baby! WE tv's original series, I DO OVER, premieres Sunday, July 24th at 10pm ET/PT with six one-hour episodes, as part of WE tv's "WEDDING SUNDAY" lineup. Couples who've experienced disastrous weddings receive a much deserved do-over as celebrity event designer, Diann Valentine, along with Celebrations (www.celebrations.com), surprise them with the perfect wedding day they missed out on the first time. Watch as Diann transforms bridal memories plagued by natural disasters, fainting grooms and missing dresses, into fantasy celebrations that will reset their matrimony.

Having designed elegant ceremonies for celebrities including Toni Braxton, Martin Lawrence, Usher and more, Diann knows what it takes to turn a treasured wedding day into a glamorous fantasy. But will the challenge of fulfilling the dreams associated with disaster be too much for her? Absolutely not! Diann tackles each case head on! Stories include a wedding destroyed by a tsunami fueled storm, a five-alarm reception hall fire, a groom rendered unconscious during the ceremony, and every bride's worst nightmare - a seamstress gone missing with ALL of the dresses!

As if the challenge of a do-over isn't enough, Diann only has five days to pull it off. She and her team pull together elements of grandeur these couples could never imagine. From designer wedding dresses and hair makeovers, to whimsical cake designs and breath-taking venues, they recreate a magical evening fit for royalty. But this do-over fairytale wouldn't be complete without a fairy godfather. Jim McCann, founder of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM and Celebrations.com helps Diann bring an extra special touch to these 're-do' celebrations. Jim dispatches Celebrations' experts to lend modern expertise and create unique signature designs for each wedding including an over-the-top candy lounge, signature cocktails, masterful floral design, and surprises the couples will not see coming. 1-800-FLOWERS.COM also provides the couples with unmatched floral decadence for the big day. This time around, with experts in tow, the couples will finally have the wedding of their dreams.

This season on I DO OVER...

The Tumbagas

In the middle of the Tumbagas' first wedding, tsunami warnings and a terrorizing storm hit the coast of California. With no first dance, no toasts and a ruined cake, they were left with no happy memories. Wedding designer Diann Valentine gives this couple a second chance with an I DO OVER, but will terrorizing storms threaten their happiness again?

The Jennings

While partying at her bachelorette party a week before her wedding, bride-to-be Lindsy slipped and broke her foot in three different places. Her chance to walk down the aisle with her father destroyed, Lindsy wants nothing more that an I DO OVER.

The Santinis

The Santinis' wedding was more like a cheesy striptease than the classic wedding they had hoped for. The day of their wedding, the seamstress disappeared with all of the bridesmaids' dresses, leaving the wedding party stranded. After waiting 18 years, Diann gives Dana and Mike their dream wedding complete with full attire.

The Carstensens

Groom Jason flatlined at the altar, causing his brother-in-law to jump into action and revive him. The couple continued the ceremony in spite of the incident, but missed out on the celebration. Diann surprises this love-sick couple with a tension-free I DO OVER.

The Pepples

Jennifer and Ian Pepple's first wedding was ruined when their quaint reception hall went up in flames. Surprised with an I DO OVER, Diann and the couple don't agree on ideas. Diann hopes this second chance at happiness doesn't go up in smoke.

The Owens

Sweltering temperatures, a melted cake and a fainting groom ruined Tasha and Wes Owens first wedding. Diann takes matters into her own hands, to prove a second time around doesn't have to be marred by the past.
