Culinary Expert Ted Allen Makes Guest Appearance on Friday's Onion News Network Broadcast

*DATE CHANGE* Onion News Network now airs Fridays at 10:00PM ET/PT on IFC.

In Friday's special episode of IFC's Onion News Network, blissful morning show hosts Jim Haggerty and Tracy Gill take over ONN with a full Today Now! episode. As the #1 rated morning show hosts, Jim and Tracy have interviewed thousands of celebrities, public figures and newsworthy widows, and this week they talk to culinary expert, Ted Allen (Chopped, Queer Eye) about his latest book, "Pretentious Foodie Bullsh*t." During the cooking segment, Ted shares with Tracy and Jim some of his favorite cooking tips, such as: "Call yourself a locavore like that's a real thing" and "Drive across town and buy the most costly fish you can."

Also in this week's Onion News Network, Today Now! hosts Jim and Tracy put on fat suits to see for themselves how overweight people are treated, examine how Applebee's is now targeting hipsters, and interview country music star Heath Williams, who also sings his new single "Shut Up, Janine, I Ain't Violent."
