NEW YORK, NY - November 10, 2011 - Bravo's "The Millionaire Matchmaker" wraps up its fifth season on Tuesday, November 22 at 9:00 p.m., ET/PT, and in a series first, Patti puts her own heart on the line. As her own client this week, she takes a giant leap and tells her team, "Mama wants a mixer!" After ending things with her fiancée a year ago, Patti is ready to find true love.
