CBS GIVES FANS THE CHANCE TO INTRODUCE THEIR FAVORITE ARTIST DURING "THE GRAMMY(R) NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT(R)"

Lady Gaga, Sugarland, Jason Aldean and Ludacris Confirmed To Perform

Film Crews Will Surprise Winners in Their Hometowns During the Broadcast and Have Them Introduce Their Favorite Performer Via Satellite

Today, CBS launched a contest for music fans from across the country to win the chance to introduce a performance by Lady Gaga and Sugarland, or Jason Aldean featuring Ludacris, on THE GRAMMY(R) NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT(R) during the broadcast from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Wednesday, Nov. 30 (10:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

In order to qualify, fans must shoot a video explaining why they are one of the artist's biggest fans and how they would uniquely introduce their favorite performer. Film crews will surprise winners in their hometowns and have them introduce their favorite performer via satellite.

"Fans should explain how they will create their once-in-a-lifetime introduction - making it as big as they can by getting their family, friends and community involved for a memorable event," said Jack Sussman, CBS's Executive Vice President of Specials, Music and Live Events. "The Grammy Nominations Concert is the huge kickoff to The Grammys, and there is usually a surprise or two you won't want to miss; anything can happen, and I'm sure this year won't be any different," he added.

Starting today, fans can log onto www.CBS.com to upload their video. Participants have until 11:50 PM, PT on Nov. 25, 2011 to submit their videos, with one winner chosen for each artist. A film crew will surprise the winners by arriving at their locations during the telecast of the concert and broadcast their introductions on-air. The road to Music's Biggest Night begins with THE GRAMMY(R) NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! and culminates with THE 54th ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, live on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.
