D3PUBLISHER LAUNCHES YOU TO SUPERSTARDOM WITH THE FIRST "VICTORIOUS" VIDEO GAMES, BASED ON THE HIT NICKELODEON SHOW

The Performance-Based Games Offer Two Unique Hollywood Arts High School Experiences

LOS ANGELES - November 15, 2011 - D3Publisher (D3P) and Nickelodeon today announced that Victorious(TM): Time to Shine on Kinect(TM) for Xbox 360(R) and Victorious(TM): Hollywood Arts Debut for the Nintendo DS(TM) hand-held system are now available in retail stores in North America. Based on Nickelodeon's hit live action comedy series Victorious, the performance-based games transport players into the exclusive Hollywood Arts High School world where they can either star in their own music video or in a big showcase alongside Tori Vega and the Victorious cast.

"These new video games are so much fun! Fans can create their own music video and sing, dance, act and perform along with me and the rest of the cast from Victorious," said Victoria Justice, star of Victorious. "It is a cool opportunity for our fans to be a part of the cast and experience life as a student at Hollywood Arts High School."

"We are offering the many Victorious fans an opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the coveted Hollywood Arts High School, where only the most talented students are accepted," said Peter Andrew, vice president of production, D3P. "This is the only Victorious interactive experience where players can become superstars and interact with the cast, in a world authentic to the show they know and love."

In Victorious: Time to Shine on Kinect for Xbox 360, players will perform in their very own Hollywood Arts production where they act, play instruments, sing, dance, and star in a music video featuring hit songs from the series. The perfect game for sleepovers, parties, or fun nights at home; Victorious: Time to Shine offers multiplayer gameplay where friends can either work together or compete in various Hollywood Arts performances! Players can customize their own character with dozens of clothing items and hairstyles inspired by the show. Not only will they perform like their favorite cast members but they can also dress like them too.

Victorious: Hollywood Arts Debut for the Nintendo DS will captivate players as they enroll in Hollywood Arts High School, where they will attend a full year as a new student and enjoy adventures alongside Tori, Andre, Cat and the Victorious gang. Players will have to complete a series of thrilling challenges in the form of mini-games to earn a lead role in the Big Showcase, the biggest performance of the year! They will attend classes with the cast and experience hilarious scenarios similar to those of the show.

The video games are based on Nickelodeon's hit show, Victorious, the number-one program in its timeslot on all TV with tweens 9-14 and teens 12-17, reaching 15.1 million tweens and 11.4 million teens each quarter. Each unique game stays true to the show and provides voice acting by the original Victorious cast, including Victoria Justice, who stars as Tori Vega.

Victorious: Time to Shine is developed by High Voltage Software and Victorious: Hollywood Arts Debut is developed by Behaviour Interactive. The games are rated "E" (Everyone - Comic Mischief and Mild Violence) by the ESRB. For more information, please visit www.victoriousvideogames.com.

About Victorious (The Television Show)

Currently in its second season, Victorious follows teenager Tori Vega (Victoria Justice) who attends the prestigious performing arts high school, Hollywood Arts. From her first day at the school, however, Tori feels out of place among the amazingly talented students, especially mean diva Jade (Elizabeth Gillies, Broadway's 13). But with the help of her older sister Trina (Daniella Monet, A Fairly Odd Movie, Nancy Drew) and new friends including the musically gifted Andre (Leon Thomas III, August Rush, Broadway's The Lion King, iCarly), brooding bad boy Beck (Avan Jogia, Spectacular!), eccentric Cat (Ariana Grande, Broadway's 13) and lovable but psychologically scrambled ventriloquist Robbie (Matthew Bennett) - Tori realizes that she was born to perform and that entertaining people not only makes her happy but may change her life. The series features original music performed by Victoria Justice and the ensemble cast.
