"CLASH OF THE COMMERCIALS: USA VS. THE WORLD," AN INTERACTIVE COUNTDOWN SPECIAL HOSTED BY HEIDI KLUM AND KEVIN FRAZIER, TO BE BROADCAST MONDAY, MAY 21

Viewers Will Vote Online at CBS.com for the Best American and International Commercial of All Time, Then Vote Live During the Special for the Best One Worldwide

CLASH OF THE COMMERCIALS: USA VS. THE WORLD, hosted from Las Vegas by legendary supermodel Heidi Klum, and "The Insider's" co-host Kevin Frazier, is an interactive countdown special pitting the 10 best international commercials ever against the 10 best from the United States. The special, during which viewers will be able to vote LIVE for the winner, will be broadcast Monday, May 21 (10:00 PM-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

From the producers of "Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials," CLASH OF THE COMMERCIALS: USA VS. THE WORLD is an online and on-air competition for the greatest commercials of all time - and viewers decide which one wins. Viewers will be able to go to www.cbs.com to watch the top 10 ads from the USA and the top 10 international commercials and vote for their favorites. The winning commercial from each category will be revealed during the show and, in a special live vote during the broadcast on www.cbs.com, viewers will decide which commercial will take home the top prize. Voting begins Monday, April 2. More details will be announced shortly.

In addition, the special will feature other top commercials from both the U.S. and the rest of the world in such categories as animals, cars, sexiest and most outrageous commercials, among others. Viewers will hear from advertising experts on what makes these commercials the best and get a look behind the scenes of the making of some of these spots.

Heidi Klum is a major star in the fashion and entertainment world. Having established herself as a top model, making great impact for such clients as Victoria's Secret and appearing on the covers of pop-culture mainstays including the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, Klum's career has taken many new directions.

Klum is the host and executive producer of the seven-time Emmy Award-nominated series "Project Runway." Also, Klum hosts Germany's "Next Top Model." She has written a lifestyle book, Body of Knowledge: 8 Rules of Model Behavior and released Rankin's Heidilicious, which features some of her favorite photos taken by talented photographer Rankin. Her other ventures include two self-designed collections for maternity lines, A Pea In the Pod and Motherhood Maternity, a jewelry collection for QVC, a sportswear and sneaker collection for New Balance, an age-preventive line of creams and serums called In An Instant, and campaigns for Diet Coke, Ann Taylor and Dannon. She has also launched Heidi Klum on AOL, a channel for women to find information on every topic.

Klum is also well known for her work with Victoria's Secret. One of her first big breaks as a model was to walk in Victoria's Secret widely-viewed runway show. Since then, she has been featured in the company's world-famous catalogs, swim books and fashion shows and worn the multi-million dollar jeweled holiday bras. She also served as host of the CBS broadcast special of the annual fashion show.

Klum's acting appearances include "Blow Dry" and "Ella Enchanted," "Spin City," and guest roles on "How I Met Your Mother," on the Network, "The Life and Death of Peter Sellers" as Ursula Andress, and "Sex and the City." She's hosted various specials for MTV, TNT and CBS and swam with sharks for an episode for Discovery Channel's popular "Shark Week." In addition, she appeared as villainess scientist "Katya Nadanova" in the best-selling James Bond 007 videogame, Everything or Nothing.

Her charity involvements include work on behalf of such organizations as the American Red Cross (as part of its Celebrity Cabinet), Worldwide Orphans Foundation, The Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Also, Klum appears in a PSA for the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Stand Up to Cancer program and served as the 2011 Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF ambassador.

On downtime at shoots, Klum cultivates her creative talents - sketching ideas for her jewelry, clothing and shoe lines, as well as crafting new ideas for her ever-developing businesses and interests.

This year, Kevin Frazier began his first season as co-host of "The Insider." Previously, Frazier worked on sister show, "Entertainment Tonight," for eight seasons, holding the positions of correspondent and weekend anchor. Frazier also appeared as an entertainment expert on such prestigious news and entertainment programs as "The Oprah Winfrey Show," CNN's "Larry King Live" and "Nancy Grace," as well as HLN's "The Joy Behar Show" and "CBS This Morning."

Previously, Frazier served as host of ESPN's "SportsCenter," "NBA Shoot Around" and "Fastbreak Tuesday." Frazier began his sports career as an assistant basketball coach at his alma mater, Morgan State University in Baltimore. Following graduation, he went on to work as a sports reporter for WXIX-TV in Cincinnati; WBFF-TV in Baltimore; and WCBD-TV in Charleston, S.C. In 1995, Frazier joined FX Network as co-host of "The FX Sports Show." The following year, he anchored the inaugural episode of "Fox Sports News" and hosted the pre-game show for "College Football Saturday." In addition, he served as sideline reporter for the "NFL on Fox" telecasts as well as host of the pre-game shows for "NFL on Fox" and "NHL on Fox."

CLASH OF THE COMMERCIALS: USA VS. THE WORLD is being produced by IMG Media, JUMA Entertainment and Robert Dalrymple Productions. Robert Horowitz and Steve Mayer are the executive producers, and Robert Dalrymple and Tony Lanni are the producers. Paul Miller will direct.
