SHOWTIME(R) SIZZLES WITH SEASON PREMIERES OF WEB THERAPY & THE REAL L WORD(R)

Season 2 of WEB THERAPY To Premiere Monday, July 2nd at 11 PM ET/PT & Season 3 of THE REAL L WORD On Thursday, July 12th at 10 PM ET/PT

LOS ANGELES, CA - (April 10, 2012) SHOWTIME brings big names and hot ladies to its summer lineup with the season two premiere of the online-turned-television comedy series WEB THERAPY on Monday, July 2nd at 11 p.m. ET/PT and the season three premiere of the provocative, unscripted series THE REAL L WORD on Thursday, July 12th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Season two of WEB THERAPY returns with Lisa Kudrow as "Fiona Wallice," the self-professed and self-serving psychotherapist who treats patients in three minute sessions via webcam. Some of the biggest names in film and television will guest star in the new season, including Meryl Streep, Rosie O'Donnell, Conan O'Brien, Molly Shannon, Minnie Driver, Selma Blair and former "Friends" castmate David Schwimmer, who will appear in four episodes playing the son of a professor Fiona had a romantic encounter with in college. Lily Tomlin returns as Fiona's judgmental mother; Dan Bucatinsky will continue his role as Fiona's assistant-turned-ghost-writer; and Victor Garber returns as her husband Kip, whose double life proves quite challenging to Fiona. The eleven, half-hour episodes of season two find Fiona playing the woman-behind-the-man in Kip's political campaign while juggling her burgeoning career as an author and continuing to advise the hapless clients who have wandered into her web.

The series is created by Kudrow, Don Roos and Dan Bucatinsky for Is or Isn't Entertainment. Bucatinsky, Kudrow, Diane Charles and Ron Qurashi serve as executive producers, with Roos also serving as director. The original online WEB THERAPY episodes are sponsored by Lexus and can be seen on LStudios.com.

The third season of THE REAL L WORD will introduce several new women from the vibrant New York lesbian scene while also continuing to feature returning key, LA-based "fan favorite" cast members. Although the series will straddle both coasts, it will continue to depict these ladies in their passionate (mis-)adventures, both at work and play. Fans of THE REAL L WORD can also expect some big surprises and special guest star appearances throughout the season. THE REAL L WORD is created and executive produced by Ilene Chaiken and fellow executive producers Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz of the Emmy(R)-winning production company Magical Elves (Fashion Star, Top Chef).
