THE AUDIENCE (CBS, New!) - The Eye has ordered a pilot for a new reality series in which "a troubled participant, who is at a crossroad in their life, opens up to 50 people, who offer counsel to get them back on the right track." ITV Studios is behind the project, the format of which was developed by London-based The Garden Productions. No other details were given. (Variety.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - TV Land is set to order 12 additional episodes of "Happily Divorced," bringing its second season total to 24 (Deadline.com); Jennifer Morrison will join Olivia Wilde, Amber Tamblyn and Kal Penn as the latest "House" alum set to film a cameo for the show's May 21 series finale (TVLine.com); TLC has ordered a pair of backdoor pilot specials, "Obese & Expecting" and "Birth Moms," both of which are set to air Thursday, May 17 at 9:00/8:00c and 10:00/9:00c, respectively (EW.com); "NYC 22" executive producer Ken Sanzel has inked a new two-year overall deal with Universal Television, ending his run at CBS Television Studios (Deadline.com); Betty White will guest star on the season finale of "The Client List" as "the wife of one of Riley's clients and offers up some advice about how to make marriage last" (EW.com); Chloe Sevigny is in talks to join the cast of "American Horror Story" where she'll play "one of the mortal enemies of Jessica Lange's character" (EW.com); and Sterling Sulieman will drop by "Pretty Little Liars" as Maya's cousin Nathan St. Germain who "transfers to Hollis College where he's on the fast track to law school" (TVGuide.com).
