TODD NEWTON FROM THE HUB TV NETWORK'S "FAMILY GAME NIGHT" HONORED WITH DAYTIME EMMY(R) AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING GAME SHOW HOST

The Hub's Program Lineup Receives Total of Three 2012 Daytime Emmy(R) Awards

LOS ANGELES - Todd Newton, from The Hub TV Network's top-rated, award-winning original series "Family Game Night," was honored with a Daytime Emmy(R) Award for Outstanding Game Show Host when the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced this year's winners during the 39th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy(R) Awards ceremony in Los Angeles. Newton was also nominated for the award last year.

"Our sincere congratulations to Todd on receiving his first Daytime Emmy(R) Award," said Margaret Loesch, President and CEO of The Hub. "We're thrilled and honored that the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has recognized an exceptional talent from one of our network's signature series."

The award comes on the heels of two previous Daytime Emmy(R) Awards this year for The Hub's original series "Transformers Prime" - for Outstanding Special Class Animated Program and Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation. Both honors were announced during the June 17th Creative Arts Emmy(R) Awards, bringing to three the total number of 2012 Daytime Emmy Awards presented to programming on The Hub. "Transformers Prime" is produced by Hasbro Studios.

Recently renewed for its third season, "Family Game Night" features kids and their families competing for cash, prizes and family vacations as they play larger-than-life versions of classic games including CONNECT 4, SORRY! and BOP IT! The popular family game show is produced by Hasbro Studios.
