MATT HANNA JOINING G4 MEDIA AS HEAD OF ORIGINALS

Creative Media Executive to Oversee Network's Development, Production

LOS ANGELES - August 13, 2012 - Matt Hanna brings a record of success as both a television buyer and seller to his new position as Head of Original Programming at G4 Media, General Manager Adam Stotsky announced today. Hanna will lead the network's development and production of innovative television programming targeted at men. Hanna starts at G4 today and will report to Stotsky.

"The network's major commitment to new programming makes Matt's leadership especially important," Adam Stotsky said. "His tremendous success with multi-genre programming, combined with his creative vision, will help as we expand our lineup of shows that appeal to men."

Hanna comes to G4 from True Entertainment, where he was Senior Vice President of Development and where he guided hit shows like Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Platinum Hit," Logo's "The A-List," and Animal Planet's "Too Cute." Before that, he headed up the alternative department at BermanBraun, where he spearheaded NBC's "America's Toughest Jobs" and ABC's "Duel." He got his start in TV at VH1, where he developed and executive produced cable breakouts "Celebrity Fit Club," "The Fabulous Life" and "The World Series of Pop Culture. Prior to television, Hanna was Associate Publisher at Spin magazine.

"G4 is especially hot right now, with its expanding focus on programming for men," Hanna noted. "Adam has this network pointed towards even more original production, so I feel this is absolutely the right time and place for me. I can't wait to get the G4 development process operating at full throttle."

G4 is coming off a strong early summer, thanks to the ratings success of its original competition series "American Ninja Warrior," along with its exclusive coverage from San Diego Comic-Con, "The Top 100 Video Games of All Time" and the ongoing popularity of "Attack of the Show."
