Superheroes, Detectives, and Comics, Join Forces To Provide Holiday Amusement

Beverly Hills, Calif., August 14, 2012 - This Labor Day holiday, STARZ and ENCORE will bid adieu to summer by offering a day filled with action and laughs. Beginning on Monday, September 3rd at 10am ET/PT, science-fiction enthusiasts can catch the entire season of STARZ Original series "Torchwood: Miracle Day" on STARZ IN BLACK. Also, on Monday beginning at 1pm ET/PT, STARZ COMEDY celebrates bad behavior with the "Back to School Labor Day Marathon" featuring such comedies as High School High, Billy Madison, Bad Teacher, Dazed and Confused, and more.

Finally, relive some of the most memorable battles between superheroes and notorious villains during the "Superheroes Labor Day Marathon" on ENCORE, beginning at midnight on Monday, September 3rd, including all four Superman films starring Christopher Reeve, Batman Returns, The Green Hornet, Flash Gordon, Hulk, and more.
