Starting at 3 PM PT/6 PM ET on Monday, Oct. 22nd, fans can go to ABCFamily.com, the official Pretty Little Liars Facebook page, EW.com and the official Ustream site, to watch Tyler Blackburn and Keegan Allen discuss the explosive summer finale, tease the highly anticipated Halloween episode and answer questions directly from fans.
