Rod Stewart, The Muppets and Stars of "The Voice" Join the Celebration

LOS ANGELES (October 25, 2012) - TV Guide Network will celebrate the holiday season with Grammy(R) Award-winning recording artist CeeLo Green (coach on NBC's "The Voice") and will become the exclusive television destination for his festive all-ages holiday special, "CeeLo's Magic Moment," premiering Friday, November 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The television concert special features exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, special guest performances and songs from his new holiday album also entitled "CeeLo's Magic Moment" available October 30, 2012.

"With a little help from my friends, I've created a classic holiday special that I'm thrilled for the world to watch, and I invite fans to tune in on November 30 to join me while we celebrate this magic moment of the year!" states CeeLo Green. "I hope to make this an annual holiday special for families to look forward to each year."

Taped in front of a live audience from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, this magical, one-hour television special, "CeeLo's Magic Moment," is packed with musical collaborations with CeeLo and friends such as Rod Stewart, Disney's The Muppets, Eric Benet, as well as past and present artists from NBC's hit show, "The Voice."

Highlights from the televised special will include CeeLo joined by Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and the rest of The Muppet crew for a rendition of CeeLo's new and original holiday single, "All I Need Is Love," which is featured on his new album. Also during the special, "The Voice" coach is joined by the legendary rock star Rod Stewart on the holiday favorite, "Merry Christmas Baby," and then with singer/songwriter Eric Benet on the classic, "Silent Night."

To add to the holiday fun, CeeLo Green also reunites on stage with 19 artists from "The Voice," including Niki Dawson, James Massone, Jamar Rogers, Vicci Martinez and Tony Vincent, to collaborate on holiday favorites off his new Christmas album such as "This Christmas," "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch," and "Run Run Rudolph." To top everything off, CeeLo closes the special by inviting all of his friends back on stage for a high-energy performance of the PG version of his infamous chart-topping hit, "Forget You."

Produced by CeeLo Green himself (Emerald Productions), as well as Larry Mestel and Andrew Jameson on behalf of Primary Wave, Atlantic Record's Executive VP Kevin Weaver, and Eli Frankel, this holiday TV special will bring households together through timeless music and holiday cheer.
