CRAIG FERGUSON TEAMS UP WITH GUESTS STEVE CARELL, DREW BREES, NEIL PATRICK HARRIS, JULIE CHEN AND NIKKI REED TO TACKLE "THE CRAIG FERGUSON SUPER BOWL SPECIAL," SUNDAY, FEB. 3, ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK
THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON will present a special edition titled "THE CRAIG FERGUSON SUPER BOWL SPECIAL" from New Orleans, Sunday, Feb. 3 (approximately 11:35 PM - 12:37 AM in most markets, following local news) on the CBS Television Network as part of the Network's SUPER BOWL XLVII lineup. Joined by Steve Carell, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, Neil Patrick Harris, Julie Chen and Nikki Reed, Ferguson will feature interviews and segments filmed at CBS SUPER BOWL PARK at JACKSON SQUARE, in addition to visiting famed New Orleans locations such as Bourbon Street, the Tremé District, St. Louis Cemetery and the Mercedes-Benz Louisiana Superdome.
CBS Sports culminates its coverage of the 2012-2013 NFL season with SUPER BOWL XLVII on Sunday, Feb. 3 (6:00 PM, ET) from the Mercedes-Benz Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. Super Bowl XLVII will be the Network's 18th Super Bowl broadcast overall.
CBS Sports' Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will be in the booth to call the game. CBS Sports' coverage of Super Bowl XLVII will begin with THE SUPER BOWL TODAY, the Network's pre-game studio show with host James Brown along with analysts Dan Marino, Boomer Esiason, Shannon Sharpe, Bill Cowher and NFL Insider Jason La Canfora.
THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON regularly airs weeknights (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) following broadcasts of the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN on CBS. THE LATE LATE SHOW is executive produced by Peter Lassally and is a 2009 Peabody Award recipient. THE CRAIG FERGUSON SUPER BOWL SPECIAL is the second SUPER BOWL special for THE LATE LATE SHOW, following the broadcast from Miami in 2007 for Super Bowl XLI.
