AN EX-COPYWRITER ENLISTS A CON-MAN TO HELP SAVE HIS JOB WHEN STEVEN WEBER STARS IN "TOM DICK & HARRIET," A HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE WORLD PREMIERE MARCH 16

Andrew Francis, Michelle Harrison, Michael Eklund and MacKenzie Porter Co-Star

Steven Weber ("Duke," "Wings") stars as a straight-laced advertising copywriter who enlists the help of a con-man to help him save his job in "Tom Dick & Harriet," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere Saturday, March 16 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). Along with Weber, Michelle Harrison ("Emily Owens, M.D.") and Andrew Francis ("Debbie Macomber's Trading Christmas") round out the threesome in this modern romantic comedy.

When Tom Burns (Weber) loses his job at advertising agency Rage because he isn't young or hip enough, he enlists the help of youthful con-man Dick Sweeney (Francis) to pose as a copywriter. Tom secretly generates the campaigns, and Dick presents them to Rage with his innate charm and confident attitude. The scam fools everyone including Rage CEO Reese Danzinger (Michael Eklund, "The Day"), Creative Director Derek (Hamza Adam, "Earth's Final Hours"), and even Art Director Harriet Fellows (Harrison). With the help of Tom's ideas, Dick quickly becomes a superstar at the agency and is tasked with spearheading a Super Bowl campaign for a new client.

As Tom and Dick find success in their professional arrangement, Tom begins to develop a romance with Harriet and works to improve his relationship with his daughter, Kelly (MacKenzie Porter, "Seattle Superstorm"). But when Dick falls for Kelly, it complicates their personal lives and threatens their working arrangement. As Tom and Dick lie to both women to protect themselves, their lies ultimately take a toll on their relationships and they must decide if maintaining their scheme - and the success and wealth that goes along with it - is worth the personal turmoil it causes.

"Tom Dick & Harriet," is a TDH Production. Ira Pincus, John Morayniss, Rick Rosenberg and Bob Christiansen are the executive producers. Randolph Cheveldave is the producer. K. T. Donaldson directed from a script by Ken Krauss.
