NEW YORK, NY - February 11, 2013 - New York restaurateur Willie Degel is back for the third season of the hidden camera series Restaurant Stakeout, premiering Wednesday, March 13th at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network. Using his infamous and covert surveillance tactics, Willie shows struggling restaurant owners what really happens when their employees think no one is watching. Willie has built his success on his "customer is king" philosophy, which remains the key to saving restaurants around the country from closing their doors. From lazy, neglectful managers to feisty, rude waitstaff Willie needs to whip these employees into shape before their appalling customer service drives business away for good.

Willie Degel, New York City restaurant czar, is the last hope for Mohammad Ababafha, owner of Shiraz Persian Restaurant in Elmsford, NY. Hard times and bad luck have forced Mohammad out of business not once but twice before, and this is his final shot at keeping his restaurant afloat. Willie's team of surveillance professionals equips the entire space with hidden cameras and microphones to determine what has kept the restaurant from being a success. Can Willie uncover the problems that have led to disaster in the past, and fix the restaurant once and for all?

It's Willie Degel, New York City restaurant guru, to the rescue to save Luis Concepción, owner of authentic Puerto Rican restaurant The Latin Kitchen in The Bronx. It's up to Willie and his surveillance professionals to find out what has been going on behind-the-scenes that is ruining the restaurant. Will Willie's stakeout save the Latin Kitchen before it is too late?
