Entertainment One Television to Produce Reality Series Starring Grammy(R) Award Winner Michelle Williams, Entitled "My Sister's Keeper"

Deal Represents Expanding Relationship Between Williams and eOne

LOS ANGELES (February 20, 2013) - Leading independent studio Entertainment One (eOne) is proud to announce it's expanding its relationship with Grammy(R) Award winning singer/songwriter Michelle Williams through its television division to produce a reality series based on Williams' life entitled MY SISTER'S KEEPER.

"We're very excited to expand upon our relationship with Michelle on this new collaboration that will provide fans with a peek into her everyday life," commented Tara Long, Senior Vice President, US Alternative Programming, eOne. "eOne's versatility across all pillars of entertainment from music, film and television through development, production and distribution enables us to offer comprehensive multi-platform opportunities for our partners."

"I am very thrilled about this opportunity, to extend into television with the eOne family as well, with this series," said Williams. "Working together on my new gospel album and television series, I am excited to share with everyone a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration and journey of recording for the album, performing, fun family times and other unforgettable experiences out together with my dear sisters."

MY SISTER'S KEEPER will follow the lives of Michelle and her sisters and the pressures of releasing a new solo album though eOne Music. The series will be produced and distributed by eOne Television worldwide in all media. Executive producers include Tara Long, Phil Thornton and Jeff Hevert on behalf of eOne as well as Michelle Williams and John Dee Hammond.

Signed to eOne Music's Gospel division (Light Records), Williams recently partnered with the award-winning gospel label as she embarks on bringing her musical gifts and vibrant spirit to her upcoming third gospel album, due to be released in Summer 2013, with the first single coming soon. Light Records is a gospel industry powerhouse which has garnered consistent top-rated and #1 album debuts from a diverse slate of legendary and new artists, from the legendary Shirley Caesar to chart-topper James Fortune. Fueled by her strong faith, compassion and creative brilliance that have made her an indispensable force on stage and beloved entertainer, Williams is no stranger to a daring new journey with eOne Music and eOne Television as she juggles a new gospel record, new show, family, faith and other endeavors.

A multi-award winning international singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress, Michelle Williams is best known as a member of the record-breaking R&B and Pop sensation, Destiny's Child, one of the world's best-selling female groups of all time. Collectively, Michelle has eleven number one singles and has sold more than 21 million albums in the United States and over 50 million records worldwide. She has received more than 150 awards including three Grammy awards, Billboard Music Awards, MOBO and other awards and accolades. In 2002, Michelle released her first solo album, the award-winning "Heart to Yours" which featured collaboration with the legendary Shirley Caesar, entered the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart at #1, peaked at #3 on the Top Contemporary Christian Albums chart and became the year's top-selling Gospel album.

In addition to MY SISTER'S KEEPER, eOne's factual and alternative programming division include Mary Mary for WeTV, The Sheard's for BET, Party Mamas for Slice in Canada and Wealth TV in the US, Party at Tiffany's for OWN, Perfect Storms: Disasters that Changed the World for History Television and Historia, and Mega Builders for Discovery Channels.

Through strong relationships with broadcasters and content providers, eOne Television International has successfully sold eOne's original and third-party productions to over 500 broadcasters in 150 countries, including the major US networks and international pay TV channels. eOne's current scripted series include Hell on Wheels on AMC, Rookie Blue on ABC and Shaw, Call Me Fitz on DIRECTV and HBO Canada, Saving Hope on CTV and the upcoming suspense-drama starring Thandie Newton Rogue on DIRECTV, The Movie Network and Movie Central.
