BRAVO IS TOP TV BRAND WITH FACEBOOK FANS ACCORDING TO NEW SATISFACTION STUDY
Recently Released Data From LoudDoor Touts Cabler As Sole TV Network On the Top 20 List
New York, February 28, 2013--In a new Brand Satisfaction study from LoudDoor, the Facebook insights preferred marketing developer, Bravo was named one of the top 20 brands with the most loyal fans on Facebook making it the only television brand on the list. The results of the study, the largest market research of its kind, was just released and based on over one million monthly survey responses.
"Top brands on Facebook are moving beyond surface metrics and digging in to truly understand their audience and craft strategies and content that resonates with different audience segments," said David Guy, CEO of LoudDoor. "Brand Satisfaction gives top brands like Bravo up-to-date insights that empower winning strategies and accurately measure the results of efforts on their Facebook audience."
Brand Satisfaction, which tracks every major brand on Facebook and how likely fans are to recommend those brands to friends or colleagues, provides marketing and insights professionals with access to hundreds of demographic, behavioral and attitudinal details about audiences they follow.
"Bravo's passionate and engaged fan base has always been at the core of our network's success, but having a third party verification of our impact is truly rewarding, especially in this incredibly competitive and cluttered marketplace" noted Frances Berwick, President of Bravo and Style Media. "As the only television network named on this top 20 list of extraordinary brands, it really speaks to how our digitally savvy, trendsetting audience interacts with our content across all platforms."
Starting January 1, 2013, Brand Satisfaction asked consumers to rate how likely they are to recommend a brand page they "like" on Facebook. Participants also completed a demographic, behavioral and attitudinal survey.
Eligibility for the Brand Satisfaction Top-20 list required that the brand page have at least 50,000 Fans and a minimum of 300 completed surveys on the brand. Rankings were based on the brands' Net Promoter Score(R) calculated by the participants' likelihood to recommend the brand on a 0-10 scale.
