"Pound Puppies" (Hub Network Original Series - Animated)

Loris Kramer Lunsford ("Johnny Test"), Jason Netter ("Wolverine and the X-Men"), Wade, Gillian Carr ("Flea-bitten"), Huoi Seong Low, and Brenda Wooding all serve as executive producers. "Wizards vs Aliens" (Hub Network Acquired Series - Live Action)

The half-hour sci-fi series from acclaimed writer-producers Russell T Davies ("Doctor Who") and Phil Ford ("Doctor Who") follows the adventures of two 16-year-old school boys, Tom (Scott Haran, "Upstairs Downstairs") and his best friend Benny (Percelle Ascott, "Mandem on the Wall"), who battle to save Earth from the Nekross, an alien race determined to drain the planet of its most precious resource - magic. While Tom lives a seemingly ordinary life with his dad and grandmother, he hides a deep secret: his family members are wizards. The series is produced by BBC Cymru Wales and FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment. Airs: Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. ET
