Second Series of TLC International Fan Favorite "Ultimate Shopper" Announces Judging Panel
The 10-episode series pits four shopaholics head-to-head in a series of style-based challenges to find the Ultimate Shopper.

SECOND SERIES OF TLC INTERNATIONAL FAN FAVORITE "ULTIMATE SHOPPER" ANNOUNCES JUDGING PANEL

-Jason Gardiner Set to Join the Feisty and Fabulous Program-

(Silver Spring, MD - May 28, 2013) - Discovery Networks International (DNI) today announced the judging panel for the second series of its hit international home-grown production, ULTIMATE SHOPPER. The first series of ULTIMATE SHOPPER, already seen by 300 million viewers across 150 international markets, is set to premiere in the UK on Thursday, June 6 at 8 PM GMT on TLC. Due to the phenomenal success of this stylish shopping show, a second series was commissioned earlier this year and will air on TLC in late 2013. Joining series two's fabulous judging panel-alongside actress and singer Holly Valance, and fashion expert Brix Smith-Start, who owns fashion boutique Start London-is Jason Gardiner, a choreographer and performer famed for his acerbic wit as judge on UK channel ITV's Dancing on Ice.

ULTIMATE SHOPPER (10x60) pits four shopaholics head-to-head in a series of style-based challenges to find the Ultimate Shopper. Let loose in a dream department store, these fashion fanatics must dress to impress a discerning and stylish panel of experts. It is shopper vs. shopper as contestants hunt for the perfect look to win best in show and take home the fabulous outfits they have chosen.

A dynamic, straight-talking addition to the judging panel, Gardiner also brings fashion expertise and credentials as director of fashion house Luccio Negretti Couture in Madrid, Spain. Jason said, "I am absolutely overjoyed to be joining ULTIMATE SHOPPER. As the director of a couture fashion label, fashion is my business and passion but if the contestants get it wrong they will incur a fashion tongue lashing!"
