STYLE EXPLORES THE DYNAMIC SIDE OF REAL ESTATE IN NEW DOCU-SERIES "HOT LISTINGS MIAMI," ON THE MARKET BEGINNING TUESDAY, AUGUST 6 AT 9PM ET/PT

Former "Apprentice" Contestant Katrina Campins Headlines This Listing, Offering Fans an Intimate View into the World of High-End Luxury Properties in Miami

Los Angeles - June 27, 2013 - Style gives viewers an inside look into the vibrant and extravagant real estate business and the agents who help high-end clients buy and sell luxury property in sultry Miami in the new docu-series "Hot Listings Miami." The 8-episode one-hour series starring Katrina Campins ("The Apprentice") is on the market, beginning Tuesday, August 6 at 9pm ET/PT after an all-new episode of "Giuliana & Bill."

"Hot Listings Miami" follows the extraordinary life of Katrina Campins who is a successful and savvy businesswoman and owner of Miami's luxury real estate agency, Campins Company. With her business partner and ex-husband Ben Moss, Katrina leads a team of agents, including her sister Camille and new mentee Sunita, to be the premier agency, selling the most exclusive and luxurious properties from a mansion on Star Island to a $25 million South Beach penthouse. She even has recruited her mother, Sophia, to manage marketing for the business which sometimes creates more stress in the workplace. This "alpha female" has made a name for herself in the cutthroat world of real estate, holding her own against her competitors, including Tomi Rose, David Pulley and Patricia Delinois.

Katrina may have it all professionally, but her personal life is at a crossroads. While she has been focused on building her empire, the closest people around her are marrying and starting families. Will Katrina's drive for real estate dominance take a back seat to her pursuit for a meaningful relationship or will she be able to find the right balance for true happiness? Set against a highly-competitive landscape, "Hot Listings Miami" explores the lives of the enterprising and successful agents who cater to A-list celebrities, athletes and wealthy professionals while ruthlessly looking to expand their thriving businesses.

KATRINA CAMPINS

Founder of Campins Company, Katrina Campins is a savvy businesswoman who speaks with genuine enthusiasm about the power of creating one's own destiny. She flipped her first investment property at age 17, and made national attention when she competed on the first season of "The Apprentice." Since then, Katrina has personally represented over 325 athletes, celebrities and entertainers with their real estate and relocation needs throughout the U.S., and has contributed to various news programs and publications with her insight and advice into the business. Katrina has been featured in Realtor Magazine's "Top 30 under 30," Forbes, USA Today, Ocean Drive and Haute Living Magazine, among others. Known for her commercial prowess, negotiation skills, market knowledge and no-nonsense, results-driven approach, Katrina is re-writing the paradigm for the modern business woman, and she is doing it one idea and one person at a time. As a first-generation Cuban-American, Katrina is hardwired for excellence and has a genetic predisposition for passionate engagement. From an early age, the notion of the American "dream" was her palpable reality. She is very close with her Cuban family - they also are her colleagues - and Katrina still is looking for the same loving relationship her parents share.

BEN MOSS

Katrina's business partner, Ben Moss is Managing Broker and Principal of Campins Company - and her ex-husband. Ben has built his business by forming long-lasting relationships with his clients, providing diligent and analytical service, which he honed during his days in commercial real estate. As much as male clients enjoy dealing with the charismatic Katrina, Ben is often called on by the Miami women who are looking to be charmed when shopping for a new home. Ben is a top-producing luxury realtor with more than $50 million in annual sales during the last two years, and he has presented real estate market topics to a variety of entities, including the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Miami Dolphins and SunTrust Bank. Although he is marrying his fiancée Christina this summer, he has no plans to slow down and is even more determined to maximize the company's opportunities and take it to the next level.

SUNITA BHAGWAN

Sunita Bhagwan recently joined Campins Company as a luxury real estate specialist - and is considered to be Katrina's protégé. Her knowledge and experience in the financial management sector is a tremendous asset in the real estate market. She has been able to utilize her skills to familiarize herself with the diversity in the marketplace and capitalize on market trends. Sunita's previous experience working with high net worth individuals enables her to understand the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers. Although she did not have a great deal of real estate experience, Sunita approached this opportunity with enthusiasm and vigor because she knew that working with Katrina would take her to the next level in her career.

CAMILLE CAMPINS-ADAMS

Camille Campins-Adams is Katrina's younger sister and an agent at Campins Company. Married to a major league baseball player, Camille enjoys blogging about her life on the road with her husband and her experiences as a newly pregnant woman, who is expecting her first child this fall. While Camille holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, she is not driven to have a high-pressured career like Katrina but rather to find a good work/life balance by focusing her energy on nurturing her new family. Despite being raised by the same parents, Camille is extremely different from her high-profile, successful older sister and has chosen a path that shies away from the limelight. Nevertheless, the two sisters have a friendly competitive spirit with a passionate love and support for each other. Hardly a statement leaves one's mouth without the other challenging it.

SOFIA CAMPINS

As the proverbial matriarch, Sofia Campins' devotion and unwavering love for her daughters, Katrina and Camille, are remarkable. She is known for her blunt honesty, and her Cuban passion for her culture, values and traditions sets her apart as a straight shooter. Sofia is Director of Marketing at Campins Company and applies her creativity to implement innovative techniques to strengthen the brand that evoke emotion, interest and loyalty with potential and current clients. More often than not, people view Sofia as being on "Team Camille" whose character is more in line with hers - emotional, nurturing and opinionated - while Katrina is driven, controlling and focused on business. This does create pressure between the sisters, but Sophia has no qualms speaking her mind and maintaining the validity of truth in her family and work environment.

KELLY GAUDET EDWARDS

Kelly Gaudet Edwards is Katrina's closest confidante, but their friendship hasn't been quite the same since Katrina has focused everything on her business. As Katrina's personal life is at a crossroads, Kelly is delighting in marital bliss. A former pageant queen who was Miss Florida 2001, Kelly is a dancer, actress and model. Still active in the pageant community, Kelly coaches new hopefuls and lends her expertise to the Miss American Organization at the local, state and national levels. For the past five years, Kelly has served as brand ambassador for Porsche Cars North America - and can talk circles around any man about cars.

PATRICIA DELINOIS

In real estate since she was 19, Patricia Delinois founded her own company more than 15 years ago. As owner/broker of Century 21 Premier Elite Realty with three offices, Patricia's primary goal is to never lose sight of her customers' needs which have led her to be named Broker of the Year in the South Florida BEST Awards and most recently, 2012 President of the MIAMI Association of Realtors. Patricia understands how real estate always is changing, and she looks for new, innovative ways to meet the challenges of the demanding marketplace. Fluent in Spanish and French, Patricia's outgoing and vivacious personality make her one of Miami's most powerful players in the industry, catering to clients who have included world-famous recording artists and dignitaries. When not focusing all of her attention on her expanding business, she also designs clothing and jewelry.

DAVID PULLEY

David Pulley merges his west coast sensibilities with east coast sophistication and has built a solid reputation as one of Miami Beach's top agents. His run with the Luxury Homes Division of Keller Williams has launched his career to new heights with record-breaking sales in a highly-competitive market. A master at consulting versus selling, David has the ability to identify exactly what each client wants then to provide them that elite and polished level of service, delivering fantastic results. David, who is known for his straight-forward approach, is all about the bottom line and doing what it takes to make the deal happen - and often networks with his friends and fellow realtors Tomi and Patricia.

TOMI ROSE

A realtor for high profile clients, including many NBA athletes, Tomi Rose has established herself as a top producer at One Sotheby's International Realty. Time and again, her client's rely on her proven ability to leverage her relationships in a constant effort to create more non-traditional ways to find their dream home. A global sports and entertainment specialist, she is the first African-American to sell more than $25 million in real estate and has appeared on the cover of Network Miami Magazine as one of the top 40 under 40 professionals in South Florida. On top of being a significant part of the who's who and what's where, Tomi's inner passion continues to be the main force behind the success of her real estate brokerage career. She and Katrina may be in the same professional circle, but their personal disdain for each other causes Tomi to make an active attempt to keep her distance - when possible.

"Hot Listings Miami" is produced by Atlas Media Corp. Bruce David Klein and Jeff Ross serve as executive producer. For Style, executive producers are Sarah Weidman and Jack Tarantino.
