Sundance Channel Receives Record Ten Primetime Emmy(R) Nominations for Miniseries "Top of the Lake" and "Restless"

Nods Include Network's First Category Nomination For 'Top Of The Lake' And Acting Noms For Elisabeth Moss, Charlotte Rampling and Peter Mullan

LOS ANGELES, July 18, 2013 - Sundance Channel received a record ten Prime Time Emmy(R) nominations for its miniseries "Top of the Lake" and "Restless," including a category nomination for "Top of the Lake" for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie and acting noms for Elisabeth Moss and Peter Mullan as well as Charlotte Rampling for "Restless".

Produced by Emmy Award winner Hilary Bevan Jones (State of Play, The Girl in the Caf�) under her shingle Endor Productions, directed by Edward Hall, and featuring a teleplay written by Boyd, the two compelling installments of "Restless" feature a world-renowned cast including Hayley Atwell ("Any Human Heart," Captain America) Rufus Sewell ("Pillars of the Earth," "Zen"), Michelle Dockery ("Downton Abbey", Anna Karenina), Michael Gambon ("Page Eight," Luck) and Charlotte Rampling (Melancholia, The Eye of the Storm). Filming took in South Africa and the UK. "Restless" is made by Endor Productions in association with Sundance Channel for BBC One.
