LORI LOUGHLIN SCOURS GARAGE SALES FOR HIDDEN TREASURE AND HIDDEN CLUES IN "GARAGE SALE MYSTERY," A HALLMARK MOVIE CHANNEL ORIGINAL WORLD PREMIERE SEPTEMBER 14

Andrew Dunbar, Rick Ravanello and Cameron Bancroft Co-Star in this adaptation of the novel Garage Sale Stalker by Suzi Weinert

One woman's trash may be another woman's clue in "Garage Sale Mystery," a Hallmark Movie Channel Original World Premiere Saturday, September 14 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). Lori Loughlin ("Full House") stars as a career garage sale hunter who investigates a string of burglaries - and even a murder! - that may be related to the very garage sales she frequents. "Garage Sale Mystery" also stars Andrew Dunbar ("Arrow"), Rick Ravanello ("Dose of Reality") and Cameron Bancroft ("Supernatural"), and is based on Suzi Weinert's novel, Garage Sale Stalker.

Jennifer Shannon (Loughlin) can always find a diamond in the rough - when it comes to garage sales, that is! Whether it's a new antique to sell at her consignment shop, an Atari game for her son or a piece of furniture for her handy husband Jason (Ravanello) to refurbish, she has made a career out of her treasure hunting prowess. When a string of burglaries hits her town, Jennifer's keen eye for detail and her natural problem solving instincts even help her see the connection between these burglaries and local garage sales! Jennifer works with Detective Adam Iverson (Dunbar) to investigate her theory that the perpetrators of the burglaries are fellow garage sale regulars. The case escalates to dangerous levels when Jennifer discovers the dead body of her friend. Even though the deceased's husband, Ben Douglas (Bancroft), finds nothing missing in their house, and the police label the death as accidental, Jennifer suspects that the death may be related to the burglaries.

With just her treasure hunting skills and problem solving instincts, she finds and pieces together clues to the burglaries and her friend's death. As she gets closer to the truth, however, Jennifer discovers that crime solving can be far more perilous than any garage sale. Can she uncover the "Garage Sale Mystery" before it's too late, or will her investigation create problems that not even Jennifer can solve?

"Garage Sale Mystery" is a Bargain Street Productions Ltd. Production. Jonathan Axelrod, Alan Ett, Peter DeLuise and Michael Shepard are the executive producers. Harvey Kahn is the producer. Peter DeLuise directs from a teleplay by Walter Klenhard and a television story by Walter Klenhard and Ronald Parker based on the novel Garage Sale Stalker by Suzi Weinert.
