INTERNET'S MOST PASSIONATE FOODIES CONNECT IN NEW SERIES COOKING CHANNEL'S "FOOD FANATICS WITH EDEN GRINSHPAN"

Series Premieres Friday, September 13th at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT

NEW YORK, NY - August 7, 2013 - Cooking Channel's food enthusiast Eden Grinshpan dives head first into the world of outrageous and original food bloggers and social media stars in the new series Food Fanatics with Eden Grinshpan, premiering Friday, September 13th at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT. From a crazy, costume-wearing blogger who cooks up caramelized striped bass to the infamous online sensation Vegan Black Metal Chef who shows her his favorite meat-free hangout, Eden learns what makes these passionate internet foodies tick and how they garnered legions of loyal followers.

Over the course of the six weeks, Eden travels across the country and immerses herself in the domain of each food fanatic she meets. She heads to Houston to visit Rick Sylvester A.K.A. Big Cat Trucker, who takes her to Just Oxtails Soul Food to put a little "South in your mouth"; Narragansett, R.I. to dive into the world of Gabe the Fishbabe, a blogger and fish monger who teaches Eden to eat like a mermaid; Nashville, Tenn. to party down at Suzy Wong's House of Yum with a top chef and his fabulous online alter-ego; and Los Angeles to meet celebrity food blogger Haylie Duff of Real Girl's Kitchen, and bite into an insanely messy and delicious burger at Plan Check Kitchen & Bar.

Follow Eden's adventures on Twitter and tweet along with her and other fanatics using #FoodFanatics.

Eden Grinshpan made her television debut on Cooking Channel as the star of Eden Eats. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London with the "Grande Diplome" in both Pastry and Cuisine. After graduating she went to India to volunteer with different organizations, one of them being an orphanage called Ramanas Garden. Here she came up with the idea of raising money for the orphanage by re-opening a café, which had not been in operation for some time, and teaching the children the basics of culinary cuisine. After returning to New York City, Eden enrolled in a management program at The Institute of Culinary Education before working at the bakery, Babycakes. Eden is the co-owner of EthNicitY Productions.

Food Fanatics with Eden Grinshpan is produced by Noise Productions Inc.
