NEW YORK - September 18, 2013 - Emmy(R) award-winning journalist and "Talk Stoop" host Cat Greenleaf will make her debut as USA Network's new host of its daytime programming on Tuesday, September 24 between 11am ET and 3pm ET. During the new USA DAYTIME programming block, she'll introduce viewers daily to buzzworthy commentary, pop-culture news, and intimate one-on-one interviews with celebrities, brand icons and USA talent. As fans gear up for the highly-anticipated launch of the Emmy-winning comedy MODERN FAMILY on USA, stars of the series will join Greenleaf exclusively on her stoop. Among Greenleaf's first guests are MODERN FAMILY stars Ariel Winter (Alex Dunphy), Sarah Hyland (Haley Dunphy), Rico Rodriguez (Manny Delgado), Nolan Gould (Luke Dunphy) and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons (Lily Tucker-Pritchett) as well as co-creator and executive producer Steven Levitan. So which MODERN FAMILY character does Levitan relate to most? He admitted, "In the beginning I was very much Phil, but over the years I've realized I'm really much more like Claire." Winters revealed to Greenleaf that her character has had a profound effect on her peers, "I get tweets from girls daily who are like 'I got made fun of at school until your character came out'...being smart is cool."

Greenleaf's USA DAYTIME chats will feature influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders talking about the latest movies, cultural trends, fashion and more. Heading into October, she'll sit down with LL COOL J and Chris O'Donnell from the hit TV series NCIS: LOS ANGELES, which starts airing on USA on Monday, September 23. As broadcast premieres air, fans will hear Michael J. Fox talk about his new show and learn more from James Spader who stars in the highly anticipated fall drama "The Blacklist." Additionally, Greenleaf will bring her new mobile stoop to the latest red carpets, exclusive movie junkets and national sporting events across the country. In February 2014, she'll feature the Olympic athletes in Park City, Utah as they prepare for the competition in Sochi, Russia.

As host of USA DAYTIME, Greenleaf will also weave brands in between her segments and commercial breaks, offering viewers a look at new products, services and movies of interest. Like her content, all of the marketing partner offerings will be current and in some cases leverage themed weeks related to holidays or special events like the Oscars or the Super Bowl.
