One-Hour Concert Special Will Follow the Season Premiere of
"The Carrie Diaries," 8:00-9:00 PM
October 3, 2013 (Burbank, CA) - As part of a multi-event partnership with Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, The CW will broadcast a special one-hour concert event with superstar recording artist Katy Perry, THE IHEARTRADIO ALBUM RELEASE PARTY WITH KATY PERRY, on Friday, October 25 (9:00-10:00 pm ET).
To celebrate the release of her new album "PRISM," The CW special features a live performance by Perry, as well as a Q&A with the multi-platinum artist discussing the making of her album, hosted by TV personality Mario Lopez. Filming on October 22, this event will mark the grand opening of the iHeartRadio Theater Los Angeles, located in Burbank, California, adjacent to The CW headquarters. The new theater will be home to intimate performances from top recording artists, as well as unique events such as exclusive iHeartRadio album release parties.
THE IHEARTRADIO ALBUM RELEASE PARTY WITH KATY PERRY will follow the season premiere of THE CARRIE DIARIES (8:00-9:00 pm ET) on The CW.
