BRAVO MEDIA ELEVATES CHRISTY DEES TO VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

NEW YORK - October 16, 2013 - Continuing with an aggressive slate of new and returning series, Bravo Media promoted Christy Dees to Vice President, Development. In her new role, Dees will develop new original series for the network while continuing to focus on the innovative concepts, memorable characters and high quality programming that defines the Bravo brand as well as serve as executive producer on the upcoming docu-series, "Thicker Than Water." Based in Los Angeles, Dees will report to Lara Spotts, Vice President of Development for Bravo Media.

"Christy's impeccable understanding of the Bravo brand coupled with her infectious passion for reality television have earned her a winning track record in her three year's here," said Lara Spotts, VP, Development, Bravo. "We can't wait to see where Christy takes us as a VP."

Dees previously held the position of Director of Development for Bravo Media. Since being at the network, she has developed a number of hit series including "Shahs of Sunset," "Newlyweds: The First Year," "Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis," as well as the upcoming "Game of Crowns," and "City Sisters." Prior to joining Bravo, Dees was an executive at The Style Network where she oversaw a number of series including "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" and "Tia and Tamara." Dees credits Thom Beers with her big break when Beers hired her as Vice President of Development at Original Productions where she developed a number of projects including "Monster House" and "America's Deadliest Season," the prequel to "Deadliest Catch." Previously Dees was Director of Development at FX.
