NEW YORK, November 18, 2013 - Comedian, actor, and Vine aficionado Chris D'Elia is back on Comedy Central in the world premiere of "Chris D'Elia: White Male. Black Comic." debuting on Friday, December 6 at Midnight ET/PT.

D'Elia takes New Orleans by storm in his first one-hour stand-up special taped in front of a live audience at The Civic Theatre in New Orleans. He explains the hilarious truths of drunk girls, the appeal of British dudes, and what everyone can learn about relationships from bears, dolphins, and peacocks.

The "Chris D'Elia: White Male. Black Comic." extended and uncensored CD/DVD combo will be released on December 10 by Comedy Central Records. DVD bonus features include D'Elia's episode of "Comedy Central Presents" and his two episodes of "Mash Up."

"Chris D'Elia: White Male. Black Comic." will be available on December 10 on CC: Stand-Up Direct for $5, as well as in HD and SD on iTunes, Xbox Video, Amazon Instant Video, Sony Entertainment Network, Vudu and Vdio. The album will be available on all digital platforms.

Leading up to the on-air premiere, the Comedy Central Stand-Up Web site will feature preview clips from the special. D'Elia will also engage with Comedy Central fans via a CC Tumblr "Ask a Professional Comedian" live event, and will live tweet the premiere of the special from @chrisdelia. Fans can tweet using the hashtag #WMBC to join the social chatter around the special.

D'Elia is quickly becoming one of the most sought after young comedians and actors in the comedy world. Named one of Variety's "Top 10 Comics to Watch," he can next be seen starring as Danny on NBC's new comedy "Undateable." D'Elia previously starred opposite Whitney Cummings on NBC's multi-camera comedy "Whitney," and has also appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon."

D'Elia's other credits include Comedy Central's "Workaholics," "Comedy Central Presents," TBS' "Glory Daze" and Showtime's "Live Nude Comedy." A regular at the Hollywood comedy clubs and best known for his physical humor, D'Elia is now crisscrossing the country performing his stand-up act.

"Chris D'Elia: White Male. Black Comic." is executive produced by D'Elia, Dave Becky, Josh Lieberman and John Irwin, and directed by Bill D'Elia. Anne Harris is the Executive in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
