BRAVO MEDIA'S "TOP CHEF" AND ONLINE CULINARY DESTINATION KITCHIT PARTNER TO SPICE UP THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Four Lucky Fans Could Win an Intimate In-Home Dinner Party Catered by a "Top Chef" Alum
New York, NY - November 19, 2013 - Bravo Media announced today a first of its kind partnership with Kitchit, an online destination for incredible food experiences, to bring a taste of "Top Chef" to fans around the country just in time for the holiday season. Through Kitchit, "Top Chef" fans can hire a chef to create a perfect dinner party, schedule a private cooking class, or find the perfect caterer for an event. As part of the partnership, Kitchit has worked with over 100 of its registered chefs - including many former chef'testants - to create "Top Chef" inspired menus that can be purchased through December 31 at kitchit.com/browse/top-chef.
In addition, four lucky "Top Chef" fans could win an intimate dinner party for them and seven of their friends in their own home catered by one of four former chef'testants including Marcel Vigneron, Nyesha Arrington, Richard Farina & Chris Crary. From November 19 to December 10, fans can follow @BravoTopChef on Twitter and answer a weekly question asking for their best dinner party idea using #TopChefDinner. Winners will be chosen based on creativity and originality of their dinner party idea.
"Our passionate 'Top Chef' fans are always asking us for the chance to immerse themselves in the taste and feel of the show and partnering with Kitchit is the perfect way to deliver on this request," said Ellen Stone, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Bravo and Oxygen Media. "As we did with 'Top Chef: The Tour' and the 'Top Chef Kitchen' pop up restaurant in NYC, Bravo endeavors to give our loyal viewers an opportunity to experience a 'Top Chef' dinner first hand from the comfort of their own home."
The new season of "Top Chef" takes place in New Orleans and airs every Wednesday night at 10pm ET/PT on Bravo.
