DOUBLE ELIMINATION SENDS HOME KHAYA COHEN AND TIM OLSTAD ON "THE X FACTOR"

Top Eight Finalists Perform LIVE for America's Votes Wednesday, November 27 on FOX

Michael Bublé and Demi Lovato to Perform and Live Results Announced on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28

In another LIVE results show, Khaya Cohen, one of Demi Lovato's Girls, and Tim Olstad, one of Paulina Rubio's Boys, were eliminated on THE X FACTOR. Tonight, host Mario Lopez announced early in the broadcast that Cohen had the fewest votes, following last night's performance show, and she was eliminated immediately. Olstad and Carlito Olivero received the next fewest votes and the judges - Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio - listened to the two acts battle it out in "The Final Showdown" sing-off. After an emotional deliberation, Olstad was sent home.

Earlier in the show, the world's biggest boy band, One Direction, returned to THE X FACTOR stage for the world debut performance of their single, "Story of My Life," from their highly anticipated new album, "Midnight Memories."

THE X FACTOR continues on Wednesday, Nov. 27 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), as the Top Eight Finalists go retro and perform songs with a big band. On Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 28 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), another two acts will be sent home, and Michael Bublé and Demi Lovato will perform on an all-new LIVE results show.
