New York, December 12, 2013 - Sundance Channel received two Golden Globe(R) nominations for "Top of the Lake." Nods include a category nomination for "Top of the Lake" for Best Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television and a nomination for Elisabeth Moss for Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television. "Top of the Lake" was directed by Oscar(R) winner Jane Campion and Garth Davis, co-written by Campion and Gerard Lee and produced by Academy Award(R) winners Emile Sherman and Iain Canning, and Philippa Campbell.

Set in the remote mountains of New Zealand, "Top of the Lake" is the network's original miniseries about the mysterious disappearance of a 12-year-old pregnant girl. The miniseries was co-directed by Oscar(R) winner Jane Campion and Garth Davis and co-writer by Campion and Gerard Lee.
