Blondie, Icona Pop, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and Miley Cyrus ring in the New Year on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014," with live performances from New York's Times Square in front of an estimated 1 million people and tens of millions of television viewers nationwide. Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy ("The View") will be live from Times Square as Ryan leads the traditional countdown to midnight.

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014" is a bi-coastal celebration with a West Coast celebration hosted by Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas. Coverage of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014" will feature hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe, beginning at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT on the ABC Television Network.

"New York's Times Square is one of the most iconic places in the world to celebrate New Year's Eve. This year, we once again will have megastars in our lineup including Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Robin Thicke, Jenifer Hudson, Enrique Iglesias, Blondie, Miley Cyrus at midnight, and many more. We're going to have the country's biggest party," said Ryan Seacrest.
