E! PRESENTS ALL-NEW SPECIAL "SOUNDING OFF: THE 2013 YEAR IN MUSIC" DEBATING THE YEAR'S MOST CONTROVERSIAL ARTISTS AND TALKED ABOUT MUSIC MOMENTS

Led By a Panel of Music Authorities Including DJ Pauly D, Christina Milian, DJ Caroline D'Amore and Sebastian Bach and Hosted by E! News' Terrence Jenkins, New Special Features the Hottest and Most Outrageous Moments From 2013

Los Angeles, CA- December 17, 2013 -Music artists made some of the most shocking headlines in 2013 and were among the most talked about stars this year. E! takes a deep dive into these most unforgettable and outrageous music moments in 2013 in an all-new special, "Sounding Off: The 2013 Year in Music" premiering Friday, December 27th at 10:00pm ET/PT only on E! From twerkin' with Miley to the battle of Bieber vs. Timberlake, artists continued to shock and impress audiences around the world. E! News' Terrence Jenkins is joined by a panel of candid and unfiltered music experts, DJ Pauly D, pop star Christina Milian, DJ Caroline D'Amore and rock legend Sebastian Bach, to judge the best and worst songs, shocking live performances and much more. These four no-holds-barred panelists' wild and unpredictable views are sure to raise more than a few eyebrows!

With foam fingers, giant dancing teddy bears, and barely there outfits, 2013 was the year of Miley Cyrus. She stunned fans with her music video for her hit song "Wrecking Ball" and took it a few steps further with her VMA performance and her EMA acceptance speech, joint and all. Even though she made jaws drop time and time again, she conquered the charts with the release of her fourth studio album "Bangerz." The panel breaks down all of Miley mania including everything we loved and hated about her in 2013.

While Miley rocked it for the female artists, there was a battle brewing between the Justins - Bieber vs. Timberlake. Both had number one songs, huge tour success, and of course, amazing bodies, but which one is #1? Grammy(R) nominated singer Tamar Braxton joins the judges to decide which Justin is the King of 2013! Also, Terrence and company shuffle through a virtual playlist and spill on the biggest artists including Britney Spears and her upcoming Planet Hollywood residency; One Direction's latest album; Blake Shelton's successful year; and who they think will be on top in 2014. Plus, we review the hottest live performances and fashions, including Beyonce at the Super Bowl, N'Sync's VMA reunion, and Carrie Underwood's LED dress at the Grammy's. All this and more when "Sounding Off: The 2013 Year in Music" premieres Friday, December 27th at 10:00pm ET/PT only on E!
