CMT WELCOMES "MY BIG REDNECK FAMILY" IN AN ALL-NEW SERIES PREMIERING SATURDAY, JANUARY 18 AT 10 P.M., ET/PT

Hosted by Tom Arnold, the 13-Episode Series Follows the Lovable Clampet Family in their Hometown of Shreveport, La.

NASHVILLE - January 13, 2014 - After sharing their last three vacations with the world, the Clampet family is back; only this time they're hanging out in their hometown of Shreveport, La., when MY BIG REDNECK FAMILY premieres Saturday, January 18 at 10:00 p.m., ET/PT on CMT. In each half-hour episode of this all-new comedy, hosted by Tom Arnold, CMT will follow the family's crazy antics and parenting misadventures. From Jared's awkward introduction to the world of temporary employment, to Doug's relentless pursuit of intimacy with Wendy, it's clear that the vacation is over, but their real-life comedy has just begun. Arnold will be on hand throughout the season narrating his thoughts on each situation along the way.

In the series premiere, the Clampets are settled back home and facing a whole new set of challenges. After losing his pet fish, Brody decides to become vegan much to Doug's dismay. Meanwhile, the rest of the guys help Mason deal with a broken heart the only way they know how, and Jared takes a stab at the corporate world.
