With a mutual admiration for those that came before them and each other, the late night hosts open up about their own relationship and discuss whether the pressure to keep people watching has caused a rift between them.

The special also offers a behind-the-scenes look at the media storm that has been making headlines for over five years. Both hosts describe their reactions to the news, while Fallon talks about what he expects from the new timeslot and Leno shares his future plans.
