NEW YORK - Feb. 13, 2014 - Bravo Media today announced the debut of the "Real Housewives Awards," a celebration dedicated to honoring the most unforgettable, dramatic and watercooler moments from recent seasons of the first ladies of Bravo. Fans can visit bravotv.com/rhawards or access the Bravo Now app until March 21 to vote for their favorites in a variety of categories (listed below).

The 12 categories include:

· Most Memorable Outfit

· Most Shocking Reunion Twist

· Loveliest Locks (Sponsored by Suave Professionals Natural Infusion)

· Best Fight Locale

· Rookie of the Year

· Best Supporting Agitator

· Party of the Year

· Favorite Quote

· OMG-est Moment of the Year

· Outstanding Achievement in Extremely Short Form Live Action (Curated by RealityTVGIFs)

· Lifetime Achievement Award (Non-voting category)

· Favorite Housewife City - Launched exclusively on Facebook, vote by liking and sharing the images on Facebook here.

To kick off the festivities, The Lifetime Achievement Award (a non-voting category) will be announced on March 20 by Andy Cohen during a hosted first look of "The Real Housewives of New York City" at 8:45pm ET/PT. The remaining winners will be revealed on March 23 throughout Bravo's Sunday night lineup with the last two categories announced live on that evening's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" airing at 11pm ET/PT. All of the winners will also be featured on BravoTV.com and announced on Facebook and Twitter.

"Launching the Awards gives us an exciting way to rally fans across all of our screens in order to capture the best of all things Housewives," said Lisa Hsia, EVP of Digital, Bravo and Oxygen Media. "We're really excited to debut this experience and provide a new way to engage our fans."

Leading up to awards night, BravoTV.com will serve as a hub for a variety of "Real Housewives" content. Newly created retrospective photo and video galleries will reminisce about the greatest one-liners, zingers and digs in the franchises' history - including sharable memes and some of Bravo's favorite Housewives photos of all time. Digital content from seasons past will also be available to help fans get their fix including "Before They Were Housewives" photo galleries, grand house and closet tours, and the best quotes and taglines to ever grace the small screen. Additionally, fans can re-live some of the buzziest nominated moments in two special marathons airing on Saturday, February 15 from 8am-2pm and March 22 at 8am-2pm.

The first Real Housewives Awards is sponsored by Suave Professionals Natural Infusion, which includes presentation of the special "Loveliest Locks" award category and cross-platform presence on-air, online, and on video on demand. The Suave-inspired category will live within the Awards hub on BravoTV.com, leading up to the hair-raising winner announcements.
