Early bird registration begins today, September 5. The eCourse begins on October 5 and registration closes on October 13.
Each week, Iyanla will guide students step-by-step through a new lesson in forgiveness via custom videos, emails and interactive assignments. This practice is designed to bring students new strength and achieve an enhanced level of greatness.
"It's great to be able to expand our growing eCourse offerings on Oprah.com with the one and only Iyanla," said Erik Logan, president of OWN and Harpo Studios. "She is an inspiration to so many and this course takes her powerful messages and gives students a unique experience that will positively impact their lives."
Throughout the eCourse, Iyanla will respond to students' questions live via online Q&A sessions where they can ask her questions about the course and their own experiences in learning how to practice forgiveness. Students can share affirmations, postings about the course and thoughts on the weekly lessons with classmates on social media using #IyanlaOCourse.
Following is the weekly class outline:
Sundays: Iyanla will set the weekly intention and introduce students to the core concepts of the lesson. In a series of teaching videos, Iyanla will lead students through the emotional growths, challenges, breakthroughs and benefits of forgiveness.

Thursdays: Students will receive a journal assignment that will help them "Reach In" on their personal forgiveness practice. They will also have the opportunity to share their thoughts and learnings with classmates on the interactive "Grace Board."
Fridays: Iyanla will provide a recap of the week's lesson and special shareable affirmation cards, as well as access to the "Forgiveness Library" with special resources and tools to help students work through any challenges.
