MTV's Hit Series "Girl Code" Returns for a Third Season with All-New Back-to-Back Episodes Beginning Wednesday, October 1st at 11:00 P.M. ET/PT

Fan-Favorite Cast Members Return And Take Funny To A New Level As They Tackle Themes Such as Girl Power, Bad Girls, Love & Money, Sexuality, Self-Expression And So Much More

Santa Monica, CA (September 12, 2014) - MTV announced today that its hit series "Girl Code" will return for a third season with all-new back-to-back episodes each week beginning Wednesday, October 1st at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT, following the "Teen Mom 2" season finale. This season, the hilarious cast of female personalities will continue to candidly tackle the unwritten rules of "girl code" through irreverent commentary, comedic sketches and the comical #askgirlcode anything segment. This season "Girl Code" fan-favorite cast members return including Carly Aquilino, Nicole Byer, Tanisha Long, Jamie Lee, Shalyah Evans, Nessa, Alesha Renee, Quinn Marcus, Esther Ku, Alice Wetterlund and "Guy Code" cast members Andrew Schulz, Charlamagne tha God, Jordan Carlos and Chris DiStefano. Season three introduces newcomers Jade Catta-Preta ("Manhattan Love Story," "2 Broke Girls"), Annie Lederman ("Chelsea Lately") and Nora "Awkwafina" Lum (known for her online feminist parodies) who join the roster to tackle new topics like girl power, bad girls, love & money, sexuality, self-expression and so much more.

MTV's "Girl Code" is a strong and smart female driven comedy series bringing Millennial viewers a new, hilarious how-to manual full of over the top tips to push the envelope and open the dialogue about the wonders and woes of womanhood. With the same talking-head style of commentary that fans have come to love on MTV2's hit series "Guy Code," the show spotlights female stand-up comics, actresses and musicians -- and even a few guys - as they weigh in on the sisterhood that all girls share. "Girl Code" ranks as the #1 original cable series in its time slot with female teens.
