AwesomenessTV has re-invented classic cartoon character Richie Rich for the modern world in a new live action half-hour comedy series, Richie Rich, which will be exclusively available for Netflix members in the US, Canada and Latin America beginning early 2015.

Richie Rich is a series about the richest kid in the world. After making a trillion dollars by inventing and selling a cool new green technology, Richie moves into a decked out mansion and instantly starts living the most awesome life ever. The 21-episode series follows his adventures, from exploring Antarctica, making a movie with his friends and meeting famous celebrities. There's never a dull moment in Richie's new life.

Richie Rich stars Jake Brennan (Dark Skies), Joshua Carlon, Jenna Ortega, Lauren Taylor, Kiff VandenHeuvel (Star Trek Into Darkness) and Brooke Wexler.

Robbins, co-founder and CEO of AwesomenessTV and one of the entertainment industry's most prolific producers of television, film and digital media, created Smallville, Varsity Blues and All That, among others. Pollock and Hodsden, who also serve as show runners, include among their credits Disney's The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, The Suite Life on Deck and A.N.T. Farm. Additionally, AwesomenessTV's Shauna Phelan and Joe Davola are executive producers on the series.
