Popular Apps Offer Quality Premium Movie/TV Content on the Television For Gaming Console Households

Beverly Hills, Calif., November 18, 2014 - Starz announced that ENCORE PLAY and MOVIEPLEX PLAY, the authenticated online TV Everywhere services for ENCORE and MOVIEPLEX premium subscribers respectively, launched successfully today on Xbox One(R). The ENCORE PLAY and MOVIEPLEX PLAY launches today follow the associated August 2014 debut of STARZ PLAY on Xbox One. All three premium pay TV Everywhere services are also available on Xbox 360(R), bringing the great user experience and quality premium movie and TV content to the television.

The STARZ PLAY, ENCORE PLAY and MOVIEPLEX PLAY apps are available in the United States as free downloads for all Xbox Live members in the Xbox Apps Store.

The PLAY service device support is now available on a wide array of platforms for displays big and small including Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Chromecast for TV viewing, PCs/Macs, and personal devices including iPhone, iPad & iPod touch and several Android handsets, tablets and other platforms including Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, NOOK HD, NOOK HD+ and select Google Nexus devices including the Nexus 4, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10.
