NEW SEASONS OF FOUR FAN FAVORITE SERIES RETURN TO HGTV IN JANUARY

NEW YORK [For Immediate Release - December 11, 2014] More real estate eye candy and inspirational home renovations are on the way as HGTV offers fresh episodes of four fan favorite series, including Love It or List It (Hilary Farr and David Visentin), Love It or List It, Too (Jillian Michaels and Todd Talbot), Fixer Upper (Chip and Joanna Gaines)and Property Brothers (Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott). The new episodes will premiere January 2015.

"Of course, there was no question that we would bring these popular series back," said Allison Page, general manager, HGTV and DIY Network. "From the Scott brothers' juggernaut that started with Property Brothers about four years ago - and has now morphed into four hit series - to the Love It or List It franchise and newer hits like Fixer Upper, we have a killer programming slate and talent roster that contributed to our solid performance this year. Our strong content and talent strategy helped HGTV achieve its position as a top 10-rated cable network for six consecutive months in 2014."
