CBS announced today the accomplished late night team that will join James Corden and executive producer Ben Winston at THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN. Previously, he was supervising producer on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," also earning two Emmy nominations, the supervising producer of music programming at FUSE, and held various positions at "Last Call with Carson Daly" and the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, on the Network.

Mike Gibbons is an Emmy Award-winning writer and producer, best known as the co-creator and executive producer of "Tosh.0" on Comedy Central. In addition, he wrote for "The 86th Annual Academy Awards," "The 79th Annual Academy Awards" and "The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards." He won a Daytime Emmy Award as the supervising producer of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2006. Previously, Gibbons worked on HBO's "Brody Stevens: Enjoy It," which he created with Zach Galifianakis.

Sheila Rogers is an Emmy Award-nominated supervising producer and talent executive on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN. She also executive produces the "Live on Letterman" web concert series. In 2010, he was featured as a "Hot Comedian" in Rolling Stone's Hot issue, as "Best New Comedian" in SPIN Magazine, and featured in GQ's Man of the Year issue, also in 2010.

The newly announced producing team will join Winston, who was announced as executive producer last month, when the show opens its production offices on Jan. 5 in preparation for the series launch on Monday, March 23, 2015 (12:37 PM-1:37 AM, ET/PT). The new late night series will tape at CBS Television City in Los Angeles. (Editor's note: this premiere date is two weeks later than previously announced.)

James Corden, a multi-faceted performer, host, writer and producer with accomplishments that span television, theater, film and comedy, will make his late night television debut as host of THE LATE LATE SHOW. Corden comes to American television with a growing list of award-winning and critically acclaimed credits, including the highly anticipated feature film "Into the Woods" with Meryl Streep, which premieres Dec. 25, 2014.

Corden succeeds Craig Ferguson, the critically acclaimed host of the CBS late night series for the past 10 years. Ferguson will sign off on Friday, Dec. 19, 2014.

THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN will be produced by CBS Productions.
