DONALD TRUMP TO ANNOUNCE WINNER OF NBC'S "THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE" ON LIVE TWO-HOUR TELECAST, MONDAY, FEB. 16 AT 8 P.M.

Popular 14th Season to Come to Dramatic Conclusion With Boardroom Event Featuring Competing Celebrities

NEW YORK - Jan. 26, 2015 - Donald Trump, executive producer and star of NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice," will announce the season 14 winner in a live television event from New York City on Monday, Feb. 16 (8-10p.m. ET/PT). The winner will be named the seventh Celebrity Apprentice and be awarded $250,000 for the charity of their choice.

The broadcast will feature the competing celebrities and wrap up a dramatic fan-favorite season. In addition to the celebrated boardroom showdown, the finale will follow the two celebrity finalists as they complete their last task with the help of six returning fired celebrities. For the final task, the celebrities travel to Orlando, Fla., to create a commercial for Universal Orlando Resort and sell resort vacation packages to raise money for their charity. Back in New York, the finalists must present their commercial to guests at a star-studded red carpet event.

"This season of 'The Celebrity Apprentice' is one of the best ever," said Mr. Trump. "We have 16 amazing celebrities that have worked so hard and there has been more drama in the board room than ever before. Such great TV."

This season's edition of "The Celebrity Apprentice" debuted with a 2.4 rating, 7 share and 6.8 million viewers overall on Sunday, Jan. 4, representing the show's highest 18-49 rating since Feb. 19, 2012 and biggest overall audience since May 20, 2012. Through four episodes, "Celebrity Apprentice" is up versus the prior cycle in "live plus same day" results by +18% in adults 18-49 (with an average 2.0 rating vs. a 1.7) and by +23% or 1.2 million persons in total viewers (6.4 million vs. 5.2 million).

Over the course of the series, "The Celebrity Apprentice" contestants have raised more than $15 million for charity by competing in tasks that test their business acumen and challenge their ability to work together as a team. This season featured two hourlong episodes each week, with two boardroom showdowns and multiple firings.

Leading up to the live finale, NBC will present "The Celebrity Apprentice: Top Feuds, Firings and Fails" on Monday, Feb. 9 (8-9 p.m. ET/PT). This special episode will feature some of the best moments in "The Apprentice" history, including the best hirings and firings, top feuds and biggest mistakes. Following the special, this season's finalists will embark on their final task in a brand new episode (9-10p.m. ET/PT).

The men competing this season are two-time World Series champion Johnny Damon; actor and legendary comedian Gilbert Gottfried; Sig Hansen, the star of "Deadliest Catch" and Captain of the Northwestern; Grammy Award-nominated and multi-platinum musician Kevin Jonas; Golden Globe-nominated actor Lorenzo Lamas; NFL great Terrell Owens; award-winning journalist, author and talk show host Geraldo Rivera; and television and movie actor Ian Ziering.
